At FA RTW we are delighted to offer exclusive wholesale opportunities to qualified resellers who intend to feature our products on their websites or in their physical stores. To be eligible for a wholesale account and maintain reseller status, you must represent a fashion business, either with a physical store or an online presence, or operate as an online-only seller with a demonstrated following.

Reselling Our Products

Our exceptional FA RTW products may not be advertised or sold at prices lower than those listed on our official website. However, we understand the importance of special moments and sales campaigns. Therefore, you are welcome to offer discounts or run promotions during specific times of the year.

Product Availability and Pricing

Please be aware that product availability and pricing are subject to change, as well as seasonal variations. The pricing displayed on our website is in USD and is exclusively accessible to qualified resellers planning to feature our items on their websites or in their physical stores. Promotional or volume orders may not qualify for wholesale pricing but can be considered for discounts.

Shipping and Payment

All pricing is based on previous rates, and FA RTW will handle the packing and arrange for product delivery at a specified location in Lima, Perú. Shipping costs will be incurred by "the buyer."


Given the significant discounts already available on our wholesale price list, we do not provide any further discounts or promotions that may be offered on our online store.

Ordering Details:

  • Order Minimum: US$5,000
  • Payment Terms: All orders are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% prepayment of the total order. Full payment must be completed before the shipment. The buyer is responsible for any bank account charges associated with the payment. We accept payments through PayPal and wire transfer.

At FA RTW, we ship all our items from our headquarters located in Lima, Peru. The shipping charges initially quoted will be confirmed by our office, taking into account the volume and weight of your total order.

All items are shipped via DHL Express, with shipping rates based on the volume and weight of your order. Shipments are processed from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays, during which orders will be dispatched either before or after the holiday.

While we do our best to ensure a smooth shipping experience, we are not responsible for any errors made by DHL. However, if your package has not been received within two weeks of receiving your shipping notification email, please contact us, and we will guide you on how to file a claim with DHL.

Each garment is meticulously packaged and adorned with our distinctive hang tags. We individually fold and place each product in a plastic bag before packing them in standard DHL cardboard boxes. If you prefer us to use your packaging, please contact us at, and we'll accommodate your request.

Private Label & Copyright

All items purchased from FA RTW are protected by trademark rights and must prominently display the FA RTW name. Under no circumstances are you allowed to sell our products under any other name or reproduce our designs.


If you wish to cancel your order and your request is received before we commence processing, we are happy to assist with your cancellation. However, please note that an administrative fee of USD 200 will be deducted from your refund to cover expenses. Once the order is in process, we regret to inform you that it cannot be canceled or refunded.


Order Changes

Due to our processing time and inventory availability, we are unable to accommodate change requests for orders after purchase. We kindly ask you to review your order carefully before finalizing it.

Upon receipt of your payment, you will be promptly contacted. Please note that delivery timelines may vary based on the collection and the specific items within your order.

Receiving Your Order: Quality Check & Uniqueness

Before shipping, all items undergo a thorough quality check. However, due to the artisanal nature of our work and our commitment to uniqueness, each product we create is in fact unique. We kindly request that you inspect all shipments upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if there are any missing or damaged items. Regrettably, we cannot consider returns, exchanges, or refunds for damaged items beyond this timeframe.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with the products you receive, please contact us immediately. Given the nature of our business, monetary refunds are not possible for wholesale orders.

Please note that ALL WHOLESALE ORDERS ARE FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, in the event that items have arrived damaged or exhibit flaws, we can offer you a replacement or a credit note for your next order.

Marketing Support

To support your promotion of our products, we will provide you with a package of high-quality images, including editorials and product photos. We kindly request that you do not alter these images and that you link them to our social media outlets.
